- If a technical error prevents your search results from being delivered, please contact our support team within 7 days, and we will review your case for a possible credit or refund.
Lawyer Subscriptions
- Lawyer memberships and subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, as immediate access to our services and database is provided.
- If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge to request a review.
Pay-Per-Upload Fees (Lawyers)
- Fees for uploading wills or client records are non-refundable, as the record is permanently processed into our system at the time of submission.
Automatic Renewal Payments
- If you are on an auto-renewing plan, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date through your account dashboard.
- Refunds for auto-renewals will not be issued unless the cancellation request was made before the renewal charge.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
